You are Worthy

Just a “little” midweek reminder:

  • Struggling with mental health does not make you broken.

  • Having trouble in your relationships does not make you broken.

  • Having a hard time parenting doesn’t make you broken.

  • Having a history of trauma doesn’t make you broken.

So that’s why therapy can’t fix you- because you are whole. Worthy. Just as you are.

Therapy can help resolve, work through, and help you learn learn skill to manage the tough stuff in life. It can be a wonderful asset and a place to begin healing.

Thank you for all the birthday wishes yesterday. They warmed my heart more than words can say.
