Letting Go of Perfectionism

I work with a lot of perfectionism in my clinical practice (and have experienced it myself).

Here are some of my thoughts on it: when we learn to GENTLY start to let it go, we step more fully into our authentic selves.

Gone are the rigid ideas of how we think we need to be or should be or think other people think we should be. We can now allow ourselves to do the things that resonate most fully with us, say no to things we don’t really want to do, learn to enjoy the process and not get hung up on the outcome.

It’s a slow process. It takes a lot of work (rewiring ourselves always does!). But it’s entirely possible.
